On May 12, 2016, the Monterey County Weekly newspaper published an article about a lawsuit recently filed by the Piccuta Law Group against Monterey County and its sheriffs. The lawsuit alleges that the Monterey County Sheriffs used excessive force on the firm’s client at the 2015 AT&T Pro Am golf tournament in Pebble Beach.
